HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
Certain items restock is if a manufacturer happens to remake the style over again. Unfortunately we have no say on what items are remade by them. We restock notification link on all product pages. We recommend signing up to receive an email if the item comes back in your size. If the product is no longer showing online its a high probability it will no longer be restocking in the future.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
We allow a 30 minute window to add any item onto an existing order. Unfortunately anytime after the order will be under fulfillment and would not be able to be altered.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Just as adding an item to an order we allow 30 minutes after an order is placed for it to be canceled. Any time after that the order will be under fullfilment status and will no longer be able to be canceled.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
If an item is still available in the size you are wanting to exchange for, we recommend purchasing the item so that it does not sell out. Once we receive your return, we will issue an online credit for a future purchase.
Other exchange option would be: Sending back your return, once we receive and process the return we will issue an online credit which can be used towards the purchase. The second option does run the risk of the item or size selling out.

YES! All domestic orders over $99 ship free. (excluding on promo days)
HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING?
Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout for the most part, orders are fulfilled as they come in Mon-Friday to ship same day.
Free or Standard Shipping: 5 business days
Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
(all are estimates provided by the courier, only guaranteed shipping timeframe is Express Shipping)
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order directly via your shipping confirmation email. We provide a tracking number for direct tracking on the courier's website along with a clickable button for direct tracking. WHY DO I SEE MULTIPLE PENDING CHARGES
If there were numerous failed attempts at checkout you would see a pending charges on your account. We do not hold these charges these are charges held by the issuing bank and should fall off the following day. For more information as to when the charges will be released we recommend contacting the number on the back of the card being used to process the payment for more information.
