HOW TO USE IN-STORE PICK UP
!NEW! you can now add a discount code before selecting Store Pick options. You will no longer be able to add the discount at checkout page if you have a discount code it has to be added and applied prior to selecting store pick up and checkout

Same day pick up is currently not available
MUST select checkout (Express Checkouts like, ApplePay, PayPal, etc, will not work until the next step) ShopPay is currently not allowing customer's to checkout with Store pick-up. Manual checkout must be used instead.
On the checkout page you can chose any of the Express Checkouts.
Very important to leave Pickup Information as is (which is the store's address) or store pick up will not function
By hitting the checkout button to pay with regular credit/debit, you can also use QuadPay through regular checkout.
IN STORE PICK UP POLICY
In-Store Pick Up only qualifies for customer's within a 20 mile radius from our storefront. If In-Store Pick Up is selected outside this radius, we will notify you and invoice you for shipping.
Please bring your phone to the checkout counter with your order confirmation email. If someone else is picking up your order, please forward them the email or a screenshot of the confirmation.
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pick up. In store pick up orders are processed at our warehouse facility then couriered to our storefront. If you visit our storefront before you receive an email from us, you will not be able to retrieve your order. It is absolutely very important to provide a correct email address at checkout with no errors so you receive all order notifications from us.
ORDERS PLACED OVERNIGHT: Following what is detailed above, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for our team to fulfill your order. An order placed overnight will not be ready for pick up the following morning. Your order will only be ready for pick up when you receive an email from us that your order is ready.
EXAMPLE: IF AN ORDER IS PLACED THURSDAY AT 6PM, IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON - 6PM.
ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND: In store pick up orders placed on Friday after 3PM, Saturday, or Sunday will not be available for pick up until Monday afternoon.
EXAMPLE: IF AN ORDER IS PLACED FRIDAY AT 4PM, IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON - 6PM.
Once you receive the email that your order is ready, you can pick up your order anytime during our regular business hours. We will hold your order for maximum of 7 days. If your order is not retrieved within 7 days your order will be canceled and subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be applied to an online credit. If you cannot pick up your order please let us know immediately so we can invoice you for shipping.
