In-Store Pick Up only qualifies for customer's within a 20 mile radius from our storefront. If In-Store Pick Up is selected outside this radius, we will notify you and invoice you for shipping. Please bring your phone to the checkout counter with your order confirmation email. If someone else is picking up your order, please forward them the email or a screenshot of the confirmation.
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pick up. In store pick up orders are processed at our warehouse facility then couriered to our storefront. If you visit our storefront before you receive an email from us, you will not be able to retrieve your order. It is absolutely very important to provide a correct email address at checkout with no errors so you receive all order notifications from us.
ORDERS PLACED OVERNIGHT:Following what is detailed above, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for our team to fulfill your order. An order placed overnight will not be ready for pick up the following morning. Your order will only be ready for pick up when you receive an email from us that your order is ready.
EXAMPLE: IF AN ORDER IS PLACED THURSDAY AT 6PM, IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON - 6PM.
ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND: In store pick up orders placed on Friday after 3PM, Saturday, or Sunday will not be available for pick up until Monday afternoon.
EXAMPLE: IF AN ORDER IS PLACED FRIDAY AT 4PM, IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON - 6PM.
Once you receive the email that your order is ready, we will hold your order for 7 days. If your order is not retrieved within 7 days your order will be canceled and subjected to a 8% restocking feewhich will be applied to an online credit. If you cannot pick up your order please let us know immediately so we can invoice you for shipping.
You may return your most new, unworn items within 14 days from the day you receive your package. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt. Tags must be attached. We will not honor your return without a tag. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and issue you an online credit
(minus shipping fees.) We do not offer money back refunds.
ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, AND SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Online orders will not be honored in store for exchange or in-store credit. Online returns will be issued an online credit.
