LOCAL CUSTOMERS: ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE MAILED. Our storefront is currently closed and we cannot accept return drop offs at our pick up location.
Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits are sent via email to the email used at checkout.
Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.
Your item must arrive back to us within 21 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.
LOCAL PICK UP RETURNS: Your return must arrive back to us within 21 days from when the order is placed.
Original tags, including The Boutique tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order.
Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit on orders that fall back $99
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The Boutique does not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
SHOPPAY INSTALLMENTS / ZIP-PAY ( formally QuadPay ) RETURNS:
If your return is approved by following the guidelines of this return policy: You will still need to complete your agreement / installments with ZIP or SHOPPAY. ZIP or SHOPPAY will not refund any portion of your installments for returns with us. A full credit for the item(s) will be provided to you immediately after your return is processed. Therefore, a full payment of the agreed installments with QuadPay is required to keep a good standing with them.
If you have an excessive amount of returns we will start applying a variable 15-20% restocking fee to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
