SHIPPING & PICKUP

FREE & STANDARD SHIPPING: Process times are slower as we tend to Priority and Express shipping first. Please keep in mind Saturday and Sunday is not considered a business / shipping day.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email from us, that means your order has departed our facility and is in the hands of the courier. Please give the tracking number some time to update in their system.

Express Shipping packages are still guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed.

Priority Shipping ships same day Monday - Friday if the order is placed before 2PM. This is not a guaranteed service by the courier. If you need your order within a specific timeframe only Express Shipping is guaranteed to arrive.

  

USA SHIPPING:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping: 9 – 21 business days.
Express Shipping: under 5 business days.

Signature Requirement: Orders over $150 and Express shipping orders require signature for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.

*Please note these are estimates and shipping times may vary. Express Shipping is guaranteed -money back arrival within the days by USPS.

The Boutique is not responsible for import duty tax imposed by your country

The Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.

Orders that are shipped free: Original shipping fees will be deducted from credit if the updated total return falls under $99.

If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address or being left unclaimed at the post office.

 

ORDER PICKUP POLICY

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pickup. Please note that if you visit our pickup location before you receive an email from us, you will not be able to retrieve your order. It is absolutely very important to provide a correct email address at checkout with no errors so you receive all order notifications from us. 

Please have your pickup confirmation email handy to show at the pickup location. If someone else is picking up your order, please forward them the email or a screenshot of the confirmation.

Very important instructions below that must be followed for pickup 

  • Pickup times are Monday – Friday; 9AM – 3PM

  • Drive to the back of the facility and park in designated pickup area, (which is the first garage door #250) if you cannot find parking in the designated area park by the curb.
  • Ring doorbell, have your ID & pickup confirmation email ready.
  • Please note we do not have changing/fitting room areas.
  • Returns must be mailed. We cannot accept drop offs as we do not have the system in place to do so. Please visit our returns policy to initiate a return
  •  

        ORDERS PLACED OVERNIGHT: Following what is detailed above, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for our team to fulfill your order. An order placed overnight will not be ready for pick up the following morning. Your order will only be ready for pick up when you receive an email from us that your order is ready.

        EXAMPLE: IF AN ORDER IS PLACED THURSDAY AT 6PM, IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON - 6PM.

        ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND: In store pick up orders placed on Friday after 3PM, Saturday, or Sunday will not be available for pick up until Monday afternoon.

        EXAMPLE: IF AN ORDER IS PLACED FRIDAY AT 4PM, IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON - 6PM.

        Once you receive the email that your order is ready, you can pick up your order anytime during our regular business hours. We will hold your order for maximum of 7 days. If your order is not retrieved within 7 days your order will be canceled and subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be applied to an online credit. If you cannot pick up your order please let us know immediately so we can invoice you for shipping.
